INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPT

Presenter: Well congratulations Eckersley Print Group on winning the Customer Service Excellence Award, why is this one so important to you guys?

Eckersley Print Group: It’s absolutely incredible for us because not normally an award that is recognised in the manufacturing industry, which is what Eckersley Print Group is based within. But in saying that, our holistic approach to a customer, from the initial design concept from the time it runs out the door, is what we’re all about. So it’s not just like this, this, this and this, from a job point of view, it’s like helicopter view holistically what can we provide. How can we do it better. How can we save. What new ideas can we present and all the touch points along the way. So, so thrilled. Quality and on time.

Presenter: How do you think the team will respond to this award and what will it mean?

Eckersley Print Group: The team is stocked. It’s a family business, so Luke and I are brothers and Lea’s our sister, so, the team around us will be stocked. Absolutely stocked. Customer service is about everyone in the team being on the same page. 35 in the team.

Presenter: Well you do the best customer service in the Moreton Bay Region, can you share a couple of tips?

Eckersley Print Group: It’s just all about the team and being coordinated. Understanding what the client wants. Everyone being focused on that customer. And thinking a little bit outside the box, it’s really interesting in our space because, all of those team members have something really important to bring, throughout that whole process. So everyone in the team is critical for the end delivery.
