EPIC Assist Award for Accessibility & Inclusiveness Excellence

This award will recognise a business within the City of Moreton Bay that are advancing and have a strong commitment to adopting and promoting access and inclusion to improve the lives of people with disability, as part of their day-to-day business operations.

Nominations are sought from businesses who can demonstrate an active consideration and incorporation of the needs of people with disability in all areas of the organisation’s operations. This means ensuring that people with disability have equal access to employment, training and development, products and services, premises, communication and information communication technology^.

What is accessibility and inclusiveness?

Accessibility involves designing systems to optimise access. Being inclusive is about giving equal access and opportunities to everyone wherever possible.

How to enter this category

Are you ready to enter and start your exciting Awards journey?

The first step is to create a profile via the application portal available HERE then select a category or categories and complete your nomination via the nomination form fields.

Within the portal, entrants will be able to submit images and documents to support your nomination. Only nomination forms with completed answers will be accepted. After receiving your nomination, you will be emailed a 2024 digital pack.

This can be used on your website and other marketing material. Please refer to the Rules of Entry when compiling your submission.
